This is my first Arowana, and I enjoy watching her swimming.Arowana is one of the endangered species and some states like USA restricted rearing of this fish. The Red type actually can be found in Indonesia. But, nowadays theres a lot of farm breeding arowana fish and directly will help to prevent this species from become extinct.I live in Malaysia and in Malaysia the popular type of arowana fish is Malaysian Golden(MG)and more expensive compared to Red arowana.Ok, that is all, ejoy viewing my Arowana.

Breeding Superworm
There are about 5 stages of superworm life cycle. Starting from superworm form-->>Pupa form-->>Beetle form-->>Eggs form-->>Baby superworm form.
Firstly, you need to have adult superworm that you can buy at any pet shop/fish shop. I buy about 100 adult superworm for starting. All the superworm must be separated hence it will eat each other if put them together. I use case that normally use to planting seed. The case have about 100 hole that i can separate my superworm from each other. After i separated them, i leave them for about 2 weeks time in order for them to evolve to pupa. Sometimes they don't take two weeks time, so within that time you need to check the superworm if they change or not. Ok, if there is any pupa form, you need to separate it to empty container. Why i separate it to empty container instead of just let it be in the hole? This is because i want to save space to put new superworm in the hole to continue the production of beetle so that superworm stock will not stop. The pupa will pupate in no time from the day it change to pupa. But usually i check every 2 days. I check frequently because the beetle need to separate to another container in order for them to be feed. Since they never eat for more than 1 month, they really starve now. Separate it and give them food for party. Ok, about the container to put the beetle, it must be put blended oat inside the container. The oat must be blend so that the beetle can plant their eggs safely from other beetle. I have tried using bedding of not blend oat and resulting lack of fry when i harvest. Maybe the beetle eat the eggs. Ok, when all the beetle moved, leave it for 4 weeks for them to plant their eggs. Within that time, check their food if sufficient or not. After 4 weeks time, move the beetle in another container that set up like the first container. Don't leave the beetle more than 4 weeks or they will eat their own eggs. There we go, almost done. The container that contain the eggs should be left for about 2 weeks to see the result. Baby superworm will come out within this time. Once they big enough to be fed, fed it with vegetables or fruit since they not choosy when it comes to food. Fed them until they big enough to be an adult superworm. The length of adult superworm is about 2". You can sell it to pet shop or use it for your own to feed your pet. I use it to fed my fish and if there is additional extra i will sell it to nearest pet shop. That is all, thank you.

Art Marketing and Selling - Pricing Your Art Correctly
By Juzer S Kimti
The art of selling art is difficult enough, but the art of pricing your art correctly is a topic with a myriad of passionate opinions. Should your art be priced low so it sells or should your art be priced high to avoid giving the impression that your art is undervalued?
While there is a plethora of differentiating opinions there is a consensus that there are 10 valid points that need to be considered when pricing your art correctly. Keep in mind that depending on where you are in your career as an artist will influence the price that you will be selling your art for. If you consider yourself to be an artist starting of on your career, then do not expect to ask premium prices for your art you will also need to be realistic about the price of your art.
1. The first step is off-course to do your research. The internet is a fantastic medium for this. Check out artists who are at a similar place I their Artistic journey and see what prices they are charging. Check out as many similar artists as you can who are preferably working on a similar medium and size and determine an average price. This will be your starting point.
2. Whilst setting the price of your art, you need to be careful you are not selling your art to cheap. Keep a track of the time you are spending on the Artwork in relation to the size of the Art and then work out the Rate you are getting per hour based on price divided by hours. This will be your hourly rate. If it comes to say $2, then you know that you effectively paying yourself $2 per hour and you may need to increase your Art price or take less time to prepare the Art price. Your task then is to increase your rate per hour.
3. Once you have your starting point, then identify a formula for increasing the value of your art. This can be a combination of factors such as, number of people buying your art, interest in your art, media exposure, critical acclaim, your growing clientele base, auctions etc.
4. Unless you're trying to hide something you should publish your prices. Be open and honest about what you're asking for your art, and don't be ashamed if others think that the price is too high.
5. As your career develops try and regularly increase your prices a little at a time. This will help previous buyers with their investment and will benefit you by providing larger profits as the time taken to produce the Art does not increase.
6. You should never be tempted to lower your prices once you have set the price.
7. Be consistent in your pricing. Do not offer a discount to one individual over another. When selling art, it is important to be consistent. Potential buyers may talk to each other and if you've offered one a better deal than the other you could lose the sale.
8. Try to avoid pricing your art by your talents or the time taken to create the art. You should focus on selling your art, by the size.
9. There may come a time when you feel that you need to discount your prices. This should be in extreme circumstances only and not an easy option for you to make.
10. When selling art, it's often easy to let the agents and dealers take control. Avoid this at all costs. It is your art and your business so stay involved.
These are 10 principles that artist's who are selling art need to consider carefully and applying in their everyday business practice. Being creative and creating art is only 50% of a successful artistic business.

Motivational Music
By Damien Thomas
A study by the University of Southern California found that if you live in a city and travel 12,000 miles a year, you can get the equivalent of a two-year college education every three years by just listening to audio books while you travel.
Many of us spend so much time traveling on a daily basis that we might ask ourselves, could we put this time to better use? Could we use this daily opportunity as a way to increase our knowledge and keep ourselves highly motivated? I suggest that we don't waste this valuable time anymore.
I recently came across an amazing group of products from a company that inspirational speaker Jim Rohn Called "The most powerful motivational communication tool of the 21st century."
On the companies website you can get material from legendary motivation speakers such as Brian Tracy, Les Brown, and Jim Rohn and many more, their speeches, seminars, and interviews are mixed with cool background music. These products have the potential to become key education and training resources that are both entertaining and powerfully effective. The cds and mp3 downloads can be listened to while in the car, on the train, at the airport, at the gym, or really wherever you like.
In another study on memory, researchers found that when people listened to information that they had never heard before, two weeks later they could only remember two percent of it. However, if they listened to it for six consecutive days, they remembered up to sixty-two percent of it two weeks later.
Repeated listening is an effective way to learn.
Also, by listening to motivational material while traveling you are less likely to experience stress because you are not thinking about being stuck in traffic. Instead, your mind is zoned in on doing something positive towards your self improvement.
I suggest that rather than reading the daily newspaper with your breakfast in the morning, you listen to some motivational material instead. A great motivational music mix that offers sound advice will be more motivating and beneficial than reading about the latest trouble in the economy.
This material is one of the most enjoyable and effective personal development resources available today. It is also proven to accelerate success in your personal and business life. According to whole brain research, 'listening to the spoken word and music as part of a systematized, organized process will significantly improve your learning.' This will make it easier for you to absorb information, learn new belief systems and quickly achieve the results you want in life.
However, listening is not enough, you cannot expect the Motivational material to do all the work for you just on its own.
You must be willing to take action. Who knows, they might offer you just the inspiration that you need to get yourself on the road to success in what ever area that you choose.
To get you started you can go on the Smoothe Mixx website and download a free album. There are 12 tracks from Jim Rohn, Les Brown, Dennis Waitley and many more:
Enjoy
